Traditional style holiday home in Puglia in southern Italy

Mel and Simon, a young London couple who work in design and branding, bought the traditional stone “trullo” three years ago and began their adventure in historic restoration. The conical roofed house hadn’t been lived in for decades and was in a sorry state but it came with a large plot of land and surrounding terrace. They added a pool, a shaded pavilion and a separate dining and barbecue area to create the perfect home away from home.
