Caroline and James live in an elegant 19th century farmhouse in Lincolnshire. It's a substantial building endowed with a stately facade and a classical Victorian interior which during recent years has seen quite a lot of alterations. The catalyst for the change was the couple's marriage which brought about what Caroline describes as an 'amalgamation' - not just of their respective families - between them they have five children - but also the coming together of their respective household possessions.By the time that Caroline took up residence in the Dean family farmhouse its interior charms were ripe for re-awakening.
